DUN'AN ENVIRONMENT announced that its shareholder Zijin Mining Investment Co., Ltd., which holds 7.36% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 31.9631 million shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 13, 2025, to December 12, 2025; within any consecutive 90 calendar days, the centralized bidding reduction shall not exceed 1%, and the block trading reduction shall not exceed 2%
