> WING LEE PPT released its interim results for the period ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 11.453 million, a year-on-year decrease of 14.4%; a net loss of HKD 165 million, a year-on-year increase of 169.9%; and a basic loss per share of HKD 0.4283. Revenue mainly came from rental income of investment properties, which decreased year-on-year due to the provision of more rental concessions to tenants during the period. 82.8% of the group's investment properties have been leased

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, WING LEE PPT (00864) announced its performance for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 11.453 million, a year-on-year decrease of 14.4%; a net loss of HKD 165 million, a year-on-year increase of 169.9%; and a basic loss per share of HKD 0.4283.

The group's revenue during this period mainly came from the total rental income of the group's investment properties, which decreased year-on-year primarily due to offering more rental concessions to tenants compared to 2024. As of June 30, 2025, 82.8% of the group's investment properties were leased
