# Maxscend: Currently, advanced packaging technology products have been promoted in some customer projects, but overall they are still in the early stages

On August 22, Maxscend disclosed in a conference call that as of the end of the first half of 2025, some products using advanced packaging technology have successfully passed key customer verification and achieved scale shipments; the production line specifically designed for advanced integration processes has successfully realized a closed loop from technology implementation to large-scale mass production, laying a solid foundation for the company's continuous deepening of RF front-end module product development in the direction of miniaturization, low cost, and high performance. Advanced packaging technology is suitable for products with high requirements for size and form, such as smart glasses. Currently, related products are being promoted in some customer projects, but overall, they are still in the early stages
