# BISON FINANCE issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term loss attributable to shareholders of no more than HKD 30 million

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, BISON FINANCE announced that the group expects to record a loss attributable to the company's owners of no more than HKD 30 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of approximately HKD 9.6 million for the same period in 2024. The losses recorded during this period are mainly due to (including) (i) the recognition of unrealized losses on an investment in a private equity fund; (ii) an increase in employee expenses; and (iii) an increase in research and development costs

According to the announcement from BISON FINANCE (00888), the group expects to record a loss attributable to the company's owners of no more than HKD 30 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of approximately HKD 9.6 million for the same period in 2024.
