# SINOTRANS has cumulatively increased its holdings in Antong Holdings by 11.5459 million shares

According to the announcement from Sinotrans (00598), the company plans to increase its holdings in Antong Holdings within 12 months starting from July 31, 2025. The originally set purchase price for the increase was not to exceed RMB 3.20 per share (inclusive); as of the date of this announcement, the company has already increased its holdings in Antong Holdings by 11.5459 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for approximately 0.27% of Antong Holdings' total share capital, with an increased amount of approximately RMB 37 million (excluding taxes and fees).

Given that the stock price of Antong Holdings has exceeded RMB 3.20 per share, the company will, based on the authorization from the fifteenth meeting of the fourth board of directors, conduct the increase in holdings at an opportune time as determined by the chairman in conjunction with market conditions, under the conditions permitted by laws and regulations (not constrained by the originally set upper limit of the purchase price). Other matters related to the proposed increase remain unchanged
