# "Performance" KOWLOON DEV's interim net profit of HKD 125 million increased by 9.8%, with a dividend of 10 cents

> KOWLOON DEV announced its interim results for the six months ending in June, with operating revenue of 2.429 billion yuan, an increase of 25.1% year-on-year. It recorded a net profit of 125 million yuan, a growth of 9.8%, with earnings per share of 10 cents. The interim dividend remains at 10 cents. In the first half of the year, the basic profit was 312 million yuan, an increase of 8%, with basic earnings per share of 23.9 cents

KOWLOON DEV (00034.HK) announced its interim results for the six months ending in June, with operating revenue of HKD 2.429 billion, an increase of 25.1% year-on-year. It recorded a net profit of HKD 125 million, a growth of 9.8%, with earnings per share of HKD 0.10. The interim dividend remains at HKD 0.10.

In the first half of the year, the basic profit was HKD 312 million, an increase of 8%, with basic earnings per share of HKD 0.239
