# "Profit Alert" RENHENG ENT forecasts that half-year profits will increase to at least 12 million yuan

> RENHENG ENT issued a profit warning, expecting a net profit of between HKD 12 million and HKD 15 million for the six months ending in June, compared to HKD 7.5 million in the same period last year. The profit growth is mainly due to the application of optimized technology processes in customized equipment projects, which reduced raw material costs as well as direct and indirect costs, thereby driving an increase in gross profit
