On August 25, 2025, Chimin announced that its controlling shareholder, Shuangge Group, pledged 45 million shares of the company to the Taizhou branch of CZBANK on August 20, accounting for 35.16% of its holdings and 8.57% of the total share capital, for the purpose of supplementing the pledge. As of the announcement date, Shuangge Group and its concerted parties collectively held 44.52% of the total share capital, with the cumulative pledged shares accounting for 67.81% of their holdings and 30.19% of the total share capital
