On August 25, 2025, Guizhou ZYD Co., Ltd. held the 12th meeting of the 9th Board of Directors and the 10th meeting of the 9th Supervisory Board, reviewing and approving the proposal on the provision for asset impairment. Based on the principle of prudence, the company and its subsidiaries conducted inspections and impairment tests on various assets, resulting in a total provision for asset impairment and credit impairment of RMB 5.3061 million for the current period, including inventory impairment loss of RMB 2.2012 million, bad debt loss on notes receivable of RMB 3.0659 million, and bad debt loss on accounts receivable of RMB 0.039 million. This provision will reduce the total profit of the company's consolidated financial statements for the first half of 2025 by RMB 5.3061 million
