# Jiangsu Sopo: The controlling shareholder has released the pledge of 200 million shares, with the total pledge reduced to zero

Sopo Chemical Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Jiangsu Sopo Co., Ltd., completed the release of the pledge registration for 200,000,000 shares on August 22. Sopo Group holds 876,653,001 shares of the company, accounting for 75.07% of the total share capital. The released pledged shares account for 22.81% of its holdings and 17.13% of the company's total share capital. After the release of the pledge, the total number of pledged shares by Sopo Group has decreased to 0 shares, and there are no subsequent pledge plans. Any changes will be disclosed in accordance with regulations. The pledged shares were pledged to the Jiangsu Branch of Bank of Communications on September 28, 2020
