# Huarui Precision: Plans to establish a joint venture with Wuxi Lixun, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan

Huarui Precision announced that the company plans to jointly establish a joint venture, Zhuzhou Huazhi Technology Co., Ltd., with Wuxi Lixun Enterprise Management Partnership, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. Among them, Huarui Precision intends to invest RMB 8 million, accounting for 80% of the total registered capital; Wuxi Lixun intends to invest RMB 2 million, accounting for 20% of the total registered capital. The joint venture will become a holding subsidiary of Huarui Precision, aiming to enhance the company's comprehensive metal cutting service capabilities, achieve resource sharing, empower each other, and improve the company's market competitiveness, in line with the company's development strategy
