# Gstar CAD: Establishing a subsidiary, Haoke Smart, with a shareholding ratio of 72.67%

Gstar CAD announced that the company, together with individuals Li Shaojian, Li Hua, Shanghai Hongnan Open Source Enterprise Management Service Partnership, and Suzhou Xingchenyu Enterprise Management Service Partnership, jointly invested to establish Shanghai Haoke Smart Software Technology Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of RMB 150 million. Gstar CAD invested RMB 109 million, holding a 72.67% stake; Xingchenyu invested RMB 25 million, holding a 16.66% stake; individuals Li Shaojian and Li Hua each invested RMB 5.5 million, holding 3.67% stakes respectively; Hongnan Open Source invested RMB 5 million, holding a 3.33% stake. After this investment is completed, Haoke Smart will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements
