According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wuxi Zhenhua (605319.SH) disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 1.287 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.19%; net profit attributable to shareholders was 201 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 27.17%; net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 198 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 26.65%; basic earnings per share were 0.81 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.80 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, and to increase the share capital by 4 shares for every 10 shares
