Hundsun announced that as of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company's director Jiang Jiansheng holds 36.1667 million shares, accounting for 1.91% of the total share capital; due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 4 million shares through centralized bidding from September 17, 2025, to December 16, 2025, and no more than 4 million shares through block trading, totaling no more than 8 million shares, accounting for 0.42% of the total share capital and 22.12% of his total holdings
