Foshan Lighting announced that on October 28, 2024, the company signed a "Share Acquisition Intent Agreement" with Jiang Zhaoning and Liu Daping, the controlling shareholders of Qingdao Yilai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., to acquire more than 50% of the target company's equity. However, due to changes in the market environment and other factors, the counterparty suggested terminating the intent agreement.
