Chen Qinghua will not exceed 3.1505 million shares, accounting for 0.56%; Li Bin will not exceed 984,700 shares, accounting for 0.18%; Chen Xinhua will not exceed 776,500 shares, accounting for 0.14%; Chen Weihua will not exceed 669,400 shares, accounting for 0.12%; totaling no more than 1% of the company's total share capital
