Hexin Instrument announced that its shareholder Kunshan Guoke plans to reduce its stake in the company by 1.85%, or 1.3036 million shares, through a price inquiry transfer method. This transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and the transferee will be institutional investors with corresponding pricing capabilities and risk tolerance. The lower limit of the transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average trading price of the company's shares over the 20 trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation letter. The transferred shares cannot be transferred within 6 months after the transfer
