# CEN PLAZA HOTEL plans to establish a new subsidiary, primarily focusing on the design and production of robot bodies

According to the announcement from the Zhitong Finance APP, CEN PLAZA HOTEL (08315) has announced that it has initiated the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary. The new subsidiary will primarily focus on the design and production of robotic bodies, as well as the research, production, and sales of core components such as motion control systems, intelligent perception and algorithms, dexterous manipulators, and modular joints. It will also collaborate with the existing businesses of the group, including but not limited to hotels, catering, cultural tourism, and entertainment ecosystems.

The goal of the new subsidiary is to create general-purpose robots with high precision, high flexibility, and adaptability to multiple scenarios, which can be widely applied in various fields. It will also provide customers with complete integrated hardware and software solutions for technical consulting and maintenance of intelligent robots.
