# RONGJI SOFTWARE: Vice President Zhen Qianjin resigns

RONGJI SOFTWARE announced that Ms. Zhen Qianjin, the company's vice president, submitted a written resignation report due to personal reasons and will no longer hold any position in the company after her resignation. At the same time, she has resigned from other positions held in the company's holding or affiliated enterprises, including director of RONGJI International Holdings Limited, director of RONGJI Software Holdings Limited, director of Fujian Rongda Internet of Things Technology Co., Ltd., and supervisor of Fuzhou Rongyifu Network Technology Co., Ltd. This resignation complies with relevant regulations and will not have a significant impact on the company's daily production and operation activities. Ms. Zhen Qianjin holds 861,000 shares of the company, and her resignation application will take effect upon delivery of the report to the board of directors
