According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JINMAO SERVICES (00816) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The group achieved revenue of RMB 1.783 billion, an increase of 19.58% year-on-year; the profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company was RMB 179 million, an increase of 3.07% year-on-year; earnings per share were RMB 0.2, with an interim dividend proposed at HKD 0.087 per share and a special dividend of HKD 0.066 per share.

As of June 30, 2025, the group's managed building area was approximately 109 million square meters, an increase of about 10.6% compared to June 30, 2024
