# ZIJING INTL FIN issued a profit warning, expecting mid-term shareholder profit to be approximately HKD 5 million to 6 million

According to the announcement from ZIJING INTL FIN (08340), the group expects to achieve a profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HKD 5 million to HKD 6 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to a loss of HKD 2.75 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024.

The turnaround from loss to profit is mainly due to (i) an increase in revenue from the online gaming business and car rental business; (ii) a decrease in legal and professional fees; (iii) a reduction in financial costs
