According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GREAT CHI HLDGS (00021) announced its performance for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 26.026 million, a year-on-year increase of 402.4%; the loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 43.586 million, compared to a profit of HKD 8.121 million in the same period last year; basic loss per share was HKD 1.10.

The increase in turnover during the period was mainly attributed to the increase in the delivery area of property sales during the period
