Hylink announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Hunan Xiangjiang New Area Development Group Co., Ltd., intends to increase its holdings of the company's unrestricted circulating A-shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system via centralized bidding and other methods within six months from the date of the announcement of the increase plan. The shares to be increased will account for 1% to 2% of the company's total share capital. The purpose of the increase is based on confidence in the company's future development prospects and recognition of its long-term value
