GENVICT announced that its operating revenue in the first half of 2025 was 203 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.01%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 11.8163 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 15.5639 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to convert reserves into share capital
