# TOP SPRING issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term net loss of approximately HKD 700 million to 800 million

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TOP SPRING announced that compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 560.6 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024, the group expects to incur a net loss of between approximately HKD 700 million and HKD 800 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025. The board believes that the expected increase in net loss is mainly due to the fair value loss of investment properties and certain inventory impairment losses

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TOP SPRING (03688) announced that the group expects a net loss of approximately HKD 700 million to HKD 800 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately HKD 560.6 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024.

The board believes that the expected increase in net loss is mainly due to the fair value loss of investment properties and certain inventory impairment losses
