# GOODIX: President Liu Yuping is under investigation for suspected insider trading

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, GOODIX (603160.SH) stated that Mr. Liu Yuping, the company's president, received a "Notice of Case Filing" (No. 0392025010) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) on August 22, 2025, due to suspected insider trading. Based on the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," the CSRC has decided to file a case against Mr. Liu Yuping.

This case filing is directed at Mr. Liu Yuping personally and is unrelated to the company's daily operations and business activities, and it will not affect the production and operation activities of the company and its subsidiaries. During the investigation period, Mr. Liu Yuping will actively cooperate with the CSRC's case investigation work
