# Ruitai Technology: Chen Rongjian resigns as General Manager, Wang Hua takes over

On August 26th, Ruitai Technology announced that the company's board of directors recently received a resignation letter from General Manager Chen Rongjian. Chen Rongjian applied to resign from the position of General Manager due to work adjustments, and the resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning, Chen Rongjian will continue to serve as the Party Secretary of the company and Chairman of the Eighth Board of Directors. After review by the company's board of directors' nomination committee, the company held the sixteenth meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors on August 25, 2025, and approved the proposal on the appointment of the company's General Manager, agreeing to appoint Wang Hua as the General Manager, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the end of the current board's term
