JCHX: Signed a USD 18 million mining section extraction contract

JCHX announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary JCHX Mining Construction Zambia Co., Ltd. has signed a construction contract for the resource mining project of the Munan shallow and Mahiba mining sections with China Nonferrous Luanshya Copper Mines Plc. The contract involves shaft excavation and some installation works, with a contract amount of approximately USD 18 million. The contract duration is expected to be 730 days, from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2027. The performance of the contract is expected to have a positive impact on JCHX's performance and contribute to the company's business development. The contract follows the principle of fair market transactions, does not involve related party transactions, and has no impact on the independence of the company's business
