# Yongmaotai: Signed joint venture and asset acquisition agreements with Baiyudeng Technology and others

Yongmaotai announced that on August 26, 2025, the company and its holding subsidiary Chongqing Yongmaotai signed the "Joint Venture and Asset Acquisition Agreement regarding Chongqing Yongmaotai Automotive Parts Co., Ltd." with Wang Dengjian, Baiyudeng New Energy, Baiyudeng Technology, and Baiyudeng Precision. According to the agreement, Wang Dengjian intends to transfer 39% of his equity in Chongqing Yongmaotai to Baiyudeng Technology, which he controls, and transfer 10% of his equity in Chongqing Yongmaotai to Baiyudeng New Energy. Shanghai Yongmaotai and Baiyudeng New Energy plan to make cash contributions to Chongqing Yongmaotai, while Baiyudeng Technology intends to contribute part of its fixed assets to Chongqing Yongmaotai. At the same time, Chongqing Yongmaotai plans to acquire some fixed assets from Baiyudeng Technology and its wholly-owned subsidiary Baiyudeng Precision
