# ST PANDA: Appointed Chen Mo as the company's Chief Financial Officer

\*ST PANDA announced on August 26 that in order to ensure the smooth development of the company's financial management work and improve the company's financial management level, according to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, after the nomination by the chairman and general manager of the company, the qualification review by the Nomination Committee of the Eighth Board of Directors and the audit committee's approval, the company held the ninth meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors on August 26 and approved the proposal on the appointment of the company's financial director. The board of directors agreed to appoint Chen Mo as the company's financial director, with a term from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the Eighth Board of Directors
