SOLEX announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue was 1.14 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 21.23%. Net profit was 93.0873 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 57.92%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.1 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders registered on the dividend distribution record date, based on the total share capital on the record date for the profit distribution plan, without increasing share capital from capital reserves or issuing bonus shares
