WEIMING announced that the major shareholder Mr. Xiang Guangming and the concerted actors Mr. Zhu Shanyu, Mr. Zhang Jinfeng, Mr. Zhang Xiaojian, Ying Shui Xing Sheng No. 6, Ying Shui Fei Long No. 20, and Xin Xiang Jia Ken No. 7 plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 26,395,400 shares within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement, accounting for 1.55% of the company's current total share capital.
