XDLK announced that two shareholders, Northeast Electronic Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Anhui North Microelectronics Research Institute Group Co., Ltd., based on funding needs, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 2.0036 million shares each, accounting for 0.5% of the company's current total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 17, 2025, to December 16, 2025
