S-king announced that the director and deputy general manager Zhang Xinming holds 3.3509 million shares, accounting for 3.55% of the company's total share capital. He plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 830,000 shares, or no more than 0.88% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 17, 2025, to December 16, 2025.
