Goaland announced that its director, general manager, and chief financial officer Guan Shengli holds 1.7078 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.5595% of the total share capital; due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 427,000 shares, or no more than 0.1399% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 17, 2025, to December 16, 2025, with the reduction price determined by the market price at that time
