# CHINA PARTYTIME issues a profit warning, expecting a mid-term net loss of approximately 46 million to 49 million yuan

According to the announcement from CHINA PARTYTIME (01532), the group expects to incur a net loss of approximately RMB 46 million to 49 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, compared to a net loss of approximately RMB 527,000 for the six months ending June 30, 2024.

The significant increase in net loss is mainly attributed to: (i) a comprehensive impact from adverse macroeconomic conditions and a decline in the export trade environment, with revenue expected to decrease by no less than 20% from approximately RMB 164.6 million for the six months ending June 30, 2024, to approximately RMB 122.9 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025; (ii) the recognition of impairment losses on properties, plants, and equipment, as well as right-of-use assets, amounting to approximately RMB 47.2 million, by comparing the recoverable amounts with the carrying values under the wig business and the clothing cleaning, personal cleaning, and home cleaning product businesses
