# Holitech: The investigation by the China Securities Regulatory Commission is still ongoing

Holitech announced that the cumulative deviation of the closing price increase of its stock has reached 29.82% over three consecutive trading days. According to the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Trading Rules," this constitutes an abnormal fluctuation in stock trading. After verification, the company confirmed that there have been no significant changes in its recent production and operational conditions or the internal and external business environment, and its production and operations are normal. On April 28, 2025, the company received a "Notice of Case Filing" from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), as the company is under investigation for suspected violations of information disclosure regulations. As of now, the investigation is still ongoing, and the company has not received any conclusive opinions or decisions from the CSRC regarding the aforementioned case filing
