BESTWAY announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Shanghai Yingchang Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Guangdong Min Tianhai Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Ruichang City Chiwu Industrial Holding Group Co., Ltd. or its designated affiliates, and Zhoushan Yiqiao Asset Management Co., Ltd. or its designated affiliates to establish the Jiujiang Green Smart Ship Port and Shipping Industry Fund. The registered capital of the partnership is 100 million yuan, of which the company plans to contribute 9 million yuan, accounting for 9% of the total contribution. This investment aims to effectively integrate capital market resources, conduct strategic layout, and promote the development and upgrading of the main business
