# ST Harzone: August 27 is the last conversion day for "Emergency Convertible Bonds"

ST CHINA HARZONE announced at noon that August 27th is the last conversion day for the "Emergency Convertible Bonds." Investors holding "Emergency Convertible Bonds" can still convert their bonds before the market closes on that day; after the market closes on August 27th, unconverted "Emergency Convertible Bonds" will stop conversion and will be forcibly redeemed at a price of 100.77 yuan per bond. Due to the significant difference between the redemption price and the current secondary market price of the "Emergency Convertible Bonds," it is particularly reminded that holders of "Emergency Convertible Bonds" should pay attention to converting their bonds within the final conversion period. If investors do not convert in time, they may face losses
