# CASHWAY: Wang Shuqin plans to reduce holdings by 3.0000%

CASHWAY announced that as of the date of this announcement, Wang Shuqin, a non-first major shareholder holding more than 5% of the shares, holds 56,699,500 shares of the company, accounting for 10.8929% of the total share capital. Due to personal funding needs, she plans to reduce her holdings by no more than 15,615,600 shares, or no more than 3.0000%, through centralized bidding and block trading from September 18, 2025, to December 18, 2025. Among them, the centralized bidding will not exceed 5,205,200 shares, accounting for 1.0000%; the block trading will not exceed 10,410,400 shares, accounting for 2.0000%
