YouFa Group announced that Vice General Manager Han Deheng holds 15.819 million shares of the company, accounting for 1.09% of the total share capital; he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.9548 million shares, accounting for 0.27% of the total share capital and 25% of his holdings, through centralized bidding or block trading from September 18, 2025, to December 17, 2025
