MAN SHUN GP released its interim results for the period ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of HKD 44.017 million, a year-on-year decrease of 36.56%; a net loss of HKD 1.446 million, a year-on-year decrease of 21.41%; and a basic loss per share of HKD 0.014. The loss was mainly due to the sluggish real estate market in the first half of 2025 and the slow growth of the construction industry in Hong Kong, which affected developers' building pace and the bidding for new projects
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, MAN SHUN GP (01746) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 44.017 million, a year-on-year decrease of 36.56%; a net loss of HKD 1.446 million, a year-on-year decrease of 21.41%; and a basic loss per share of HKD 0.0014.
The announcement stated that the loss was due to the downturn in the real estate industry in the first half of 2025, the slow growth of the construction industry in Hong Kong, which affected developers' building speed and reduced the number of new projects available for bidding.
