# KINGDOM HOLDING: Tang Tianheng appointed as executive director

According to the announcement from KINGDOM HOLDING (00528), effective from August 27, 2025: Mr. Yan Jianmiao has served on the board for over nine years and has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the company's remuneration committee, and member of the company's audit committee to devote more time to other matters.

Mr. Tang Tianheng has been appointed as an executive director.

Mr. Yan Jianmiao will no longer serve as chairman of the remuneration committee and member of the audit committee; independent non-executive director Ms. Zhang Chan has been appointed as chairman of the company's remuneration committee and member of the audit committee
