RC: Plans to register and issue medium-term notes not exceeding 2 billion yuan

RC announced that the company will hold the second meeting of the fifth board of directors on August 27, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the registration and issuance of medium-term notes. The company plans to apply to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration and issuance of medium-term notes, with a registration and issuance scale not exceeding RMB 2 billion and a term not exceeding 5 years. The raised funds will be used for repaying interest-bearing liabilities, supplementing working capital, project construction in the field of technological innovation, research and development investment, mergers and acquisitions, and other legal and compliant purposes
