# LEFTFIELD PRINT announced its interim results, with a net profit of HKD 11.701 million, a year-on-year increase of 12.07%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LEFTFIELD PRINT (01540) announced its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of approximately HKD 232 million, a year-on-year decrease of 8.03%; net profit of HKD 11.701 million, a year-on-year increase of 12.07%; and earnings per share of HKD 0.023.

The announcement stated that the decline in revenue was due to weak demand from domestic consumers for educational books with short printing delivery times and government department books, as well as the depreciation of the Australian dollar against the Hong Kong dollar compared to the same period last year. Profitability improved mainly due to enhanced operational efficiency, particularly cost control measures such as reducing subcontracting projects
