GS announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue reached 4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 30.39%. Net profit was 64.2889 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 77.56%. On April 1, 2025, Hongdou Group signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Suhao Holdings, whereby Suhao Holdings acquired a total of 389 million shares held by Hongdou Group, accounting for 24.50% of the company's total share capital. On June 17, 2025, the share transfer registration procedures for the above matters were completed. The company's controlling shareholder has changed to Suhao Holdings, and the actual controller has changed to the Jiangsu Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission
