HQTI announced that the shareholders participating in the inquiry transfer include six individual shareholders, including Hua Qin Wan Sheng, with a total of 11.6659 million shares to be transferred, accounting for 4.28% of the company's total share capital. The lower limit of the inquiry transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average trading price of HQTI's stock over the 20 trading days prior to the date of sending the subscription invitation letter.
