HQTI announced that the shareholders participating in the inquiry transfer include six individual shareholders, including Hua Qin Wan Sheng, with a total of 11.6659 million shares to be transferred, accounting for 4.28% of the company's total share capital. The lower limit of the inquiry transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average trading price of HQTI's stock over the 20 trading days prior to the date of sending the subscription invitation letter. The transferee of the shares acquired through the inquiry transfer shall not transfer the shares within six months after the acquisition. The transferee for this inquiry transfer shall be institutional investors with corresponding pricing capabilities and risk tolerance
