According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Zhongliang Holdings (02772) announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with revenue of 5.13 billion yuan (RMB, the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 77.4%; a loss attributable to shareholders of 781 million yuan, a year-on-year narrowing of 54.28%; and a basic loss per share of 0.18 yuan.

The announcement stated that in the first half of 2025, the group (together with its joint ventures and associates) delivered approximately 15,000 property units. According to data released by E-House, the group ranked among the top 10 Chinese real estate developers in terms of the number of delivered properties in the first half of 2025
