CEEPOWER announced that its operating revenue in the first half of 2025 was 586 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 28.74%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 12.7907 million yuan, compared to a net profit of 25.863 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to convert reserves into share capital
